2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. oats

In a 2 quart saucepan, stir together sugar, butter, cocoa and milk. On medium heat, bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Boil exactly one minute. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until melted. Then stir in oats. Drop by spoonfuls onto buttered wax paper or tin foil. Let cookies cool and set up. Makes 3 dozen.
