"QUICK & EASY BRUNSWICK STEW" 
2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
2 cans tomatoes (blended)
2 cans boned chicken (can use fresh chicken)
2 sm. or 1 lg. can pork BBQ
2 cans creamed corn
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar

Mix all ingredients together in crock pot. Can be cooked on low for hours. Surprisingly good! This is a favorite of Keith's.
