RICE PARISIAN 
1/2 c. long grain rice, uncooked
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. butter
10 1/2 oz. can onion soup, undiluted
1/2 soup can water
Dash of salt

Lightly brown rice and mushrooms in butter. Stir in onion soup and water. Bake in covered casserole at 325 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
