GERMAN POTATO DISH 
2 lb. has browns or
2 lb. potatoes, cooked & diced
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. onion, diced
2 c. grated cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Topping: 2 cups crushed corn flakes, mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter.

Bake one hour at 325 - 350 degrees.
