SKILLET STICKY CHICKEN | |
2 tbsp. oil 2 1/2 - 3 lb. broiler/fryer chicken, cut up 1 pouch Campbell's onion soup & recipe mix 1/2 c. apricot or peach preserves 1/4 c. barbecue sauce or ketchup 1/4 c. water In a 10" skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook chicken pieces until browned on all sides. Pour off fat. In small bowl combine remaining ingredients; stir into skillet. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 30 minutes until chicken is tender, stirring occasionally. |
