1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
Dash of garlic salt
Dash of pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 lb. noodles or macaroni
6 green onions with tops
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown meat; drain. Add seasonings and tomato sauce; simmer 30 minutes. Meanwhile, soften cream cheese in sour cream; add chopped onions. Place half of cooked noodles in buttered casserole. Spread on half the cream mixture and half the meat mixture. Repeat; top with grated cheddar. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Serves 6.
