1 bag Mueller's med. egg noodles
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce & 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion, some garlic, salt & pepper
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. Cheddar cheese

Brown meat then mix with tomato sauce and spices and simmer for 15 minutes. Cook noodles.

Place noodles in bottom of pan. Cover with meat mixture. In mixing bowl, cream together cream cheese and sour cream. Spread on top of meat and top with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
