SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 green pepper, diced

Drain pineapple and combine the juice with water, vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch and soy sauce in glass jar. Shake until well mixed. Cook in saucepan until clear and slightly thickened. Add pineapples, onion and green pepper and simmer 5 minutes. Serve with chicken, pork or shrimp.
