Fish - 4 slices of blue or king fish 1 c. oil 1 lg. green or red pepper 4 cloves garlic 2 tbsp. paprika 1 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 c. pitted olives Coat fish with flour and pan fry in small amount of oil. Put aside on a platter. Cut peppers and onions and lightly brown in oil. Add rest of ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for few minutes, then spread over fish. Let marinate for 8 hours or overnight. Can be eaten hot or cold. |
