BEST CHEESE CAKE 
3 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs, one at a time
1 tbsp. vanilla

Beat. 1 sm. carton sour cream 1 sm. can drained, crushed pineapple

Prepare graham cracker crust as desired. This makes a large cheese cake. (I use a spring pan or 2 small pie pans.)

Put the drained pineapple on top of the graham crust then add the well mixed ingredients on top of pineapple. Bake approximately 45-55 minutes at 350 degrees.
