SALAD VALENTINE (FROZEN) 
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 lb. (about 8) finely cut marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) pkg. sliced strawberries, thawed and drained
1 c. pecans
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Soften cream cheese. Blend in a small amount of stiffly beaten cream, fold cream cheese into the remainder of whipped cream. Mix other ingredients. Put in heart-shaped mold. Freeze until firm. Let stand 3 minutes to thaw. Serve on lettuce. Serves 10.
