CREAM OF TURKEY SOUP 
2 1/2 c. stock from turkey
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. light cream
1 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. turkey, cut up

Blend butter and flour and add slowly to stock, cook until slightly thickened. Add remaining ingredients and heat.
