BAKED ZITI 
1 lb. ziti or penne pasta
15 oz. Ricotta cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, diced
15 oz. plain spaghetti sauce
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook ziti according to package directions; drain. Mix in a big bowl with remaining ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. This can be made with low-fat Ricotta and no-fat Mozzarella.
