BEST EVER CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
1 carton (8 oz.) sour cream (may sub. 8 oz. French onion flavor chip dip)
1 egg
1 pkg. corn muffin mix (Jiffy)
Salt
Pepper
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine all ingredients and stir together. Use salt and pepper to taste. Bake in a greased casserole 45-55 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
