PORK CHOP DINNER 
10 tbsp. uncooked rice
4 to 5 pork chops
Slice of onion for each chop
Slice of bell pepper for each chop
Slice of tomato for each chop
1 can Campbell's beef broth

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a casserole dish and place rice in bottom. Salt to taste. Brown the pork chops and place on rice. Add onion, pepper and tomato. Pour beef broth soup over. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 2 to 3.
