1 1/2 c. milk
2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Mix well and make into patties. Roll in flour and place on cookie sheet. Place in 350 degree oven and cook on both sides until done. Mix 1 can mushroom soup with 1/2 cup milk and heat. Pour over patties in cake pan or pan suitable to hold gravy. (You may make your own flour gravy and pour over patties.)
