BEER CHEESE SOUP 
2/3 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
2/3 c. flour
14 1/2 oz. can chicken broth
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
12 oz. can beer
8 oz. jar processed cheese spread
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Melt butter. Add onion until wilted. Remove pan from heat and stir in flour. Gradually add broth, milk, beer, cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly just until boil. Serve with popcorn sprinkled on top. 7 cups.
