3/4 c. low-fat buttermilk 1/4 c. low-fat cottage cheese 1/4 tsp. prepared mustard Dash of hot pepper sauce 1/2 sm. white onion, minced 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced 1/2 tbsp. chives, minced Process all ingredients until smooth in a blender or the work bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Process until smooth. Keep covered and refrigerated. Makes 1 cup, serves 16; 1 tablespoon per serving.
