RHUBARB PRESERVES 
3 c. sugar
4 c. rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello
1 c. crushed pineapple

Boil sugar, rhubarb, an pineapple together for 15 minutes. Stir in Jello. Pour into jars and seal. Refrigerate.
