PLAYSCHOOL PLAYDOUGH 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
1 tbsp. salad oil

In a heavy pan, mix all ingredients and cook over low heat. Stir constantly until it comes away from the pan. Remove from pan and place on piece of foil. When cool enough to touch, add a few drops of food coloring. Knead until thoroughly mixed. Store in airtight ziplock bag.
