SPICY MEAT LOAF 
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
2/3 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. diced onions
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef

Mix all ingredients (except beef) well. Then add beef and mix well. Shape into loaf in a 9 1/2 x 5 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or covered in microwave on medium high for 22 minutes, giving dish 1/2 turn once. Drain excess fat.

In bowl or cup combine 1/4 cup ketchup, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard. Spread over top and bake 15 minutes longer in regular oven or 1 1/2 minutes, uncovered, on medium high in microwave. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Note: I also add 1/4 to 1/3 cup ketchup to meat loaf mixture.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
