PINEAPPLE ORANGE COOL WHIP PIE | |
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained 2 (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained and cut up 1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk 2 graham cracker crusts Mix together milk, lemon juice and thawed Cool Whip. Fold in pineapple and orange sections. Pour into crusts. Refrigerate until firm or freeze. Thaw in refrigerator. VARIATION: CRANBERRY-ORANGE PIE: Substitute 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce for pineapple. Use 1 large can mandarin oranges or 2 (11 oz.) cans. |
