EMMA'S CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter

Blend together and pat firmly into springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool.

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together cream cheese and sugar, add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in vanilla. Pour into cooled crust. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Open own door and let cake cool for at least 3 hours.

TOPPING:

Mix together 1 pint sour cream and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour mixture over cooled cake. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 5 minutes. Cool before covering and refrigerating.

STRAWBERRY SAUCE:

1 lg. pkg. frozen strawberries
1 qt. fresh strawberries

Blend frozen berries in blender. Add sliced fresh strawberries. Serve over cheese cake.
