EASY COCONUT FIG BARS 
1 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 lg. eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter melted
1 c. cut soft figs
1 c. flaked coconut
1 tbsp. water (hot)

Mix well all together and bake in 2 square pans 8 x 8 x 2 inches at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
