SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE I 
2 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
6 lg. eggs
3 c. sifted cake flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. orange, lemon or any other flavoring of choice

Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add alternately flour and sour cream. Beat about 2 minutes until smooth. Fold in flavorings. Pour into a greased 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
