EASY LASAGNA 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. can whole tomatoes
1 (2 lb.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) lasagna (9 noodles)
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella, shredded
1 c. grated Parmesan

Brown and drain hamburger. Mix with tomatoes and spaghetti sauce. Simmer a few minutes.

In a 13x9 pan spread 1/2 - 1 cup sauce. Arrange a layer of uncooked lasagna (3 noodles), top with some sauce, Ricotta, Mozzarella, Parmesan. Repeat gently pressing lasagna pieces into cheese mixture below. End with final layer of lasagna. Pour remaining sauce over, making sure all lasagna pieces are covered with sauce.

Top with remaining Mozzarella and Parmesan. Do not be concerned with empty space at end of pan. During cooking lasagna will expand. Bake 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes until lightly browned and bubbling. Allow to stand 15 minutes and then cut in squares.
