MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 large jar marshmallow cream

Cream butter, cocoa and butter. Add eggs, and vanilla, mix well. Add flour, coconut and pecans. Continue to beat for 2 minutes. Pour into sheet cake pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes in 350°F oven. Spread marshmallow cream over cake while hot. Allow to cool in pan.

Topping:

1 stick butter
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter. Add cocoa. Remove from heat and add milk, vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix well and spread over cooled cake.
