COLD ASPARAGUS SOUP 
14 oz. chicken broth
10 oz. canned asparagus, drained
2 c. sour cream
Dash of cayenne pepper
Salt, lemon juice, and curry powder to taste
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced (optional)

Puree all ingredients in blender. Strain to remove strings. Chill and serve. Serves 8.
