S.'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 qt. tomato juice
15 oz. tomato sauce
15 oz. tomato paste
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. dark Port wine
Parsley
Oregano
Basil
Garlic powder
Onion powder

Brown ground beef and onions. Drain off excess fat. Put in crock pot or large cooking pot on "low". Add remaining ingredients in order given, mixing as you go. Add spices to taste, start with 1 teaspoon of each. Cook at least 3 hours, the longer it cooks, the better. Serve over noodles.
