WHITE CLAM SAUCE 
1 lg. can sm. clams
2 cloves garlic, sliced thin
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c. dry white wine

Saute garlic in oil until golden. Add pepper, parsley and clams in their sauce. Bring to boil then turn down to simmer for 1 minute. Add wine and remove from heat. Pour over linguini or other pasta.
