EASY CARROT CAKE | |
3 carrots, cut 2 eggs 1/2 c. oil 1/4 c. butter 1 tsp. flavoring MIXTURE B: 2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder Mix Mixture A in liquifier until liquid. Add gradually to dry ingredients. Pour into a well greased pan and bake at 425 degrees for 35 or more minutes. Dust with powdered sugar after cool. |
