RED BARN AVOCADO DRESSING 
2 c. mayonnaise
1 avocado, mashed fine
6 green onions, minced
1/2 sm. can anchovies, minced
4 tbsp. buttermilk
1 tsp. Tabasco
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. wine vinegar
1/4 lemon, juiced
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. Accent
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. green coloring

Mix thoroughly in blender. Refrigerate. Makes 1 quart.
