CZECHOSLOVAKIAN COOKIES 
1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks)
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 c. walnuts
1/2 c. raspberry jam
2 c. flour
8 inch square pan

Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add egg yolks and blend well. Gradually add flour and fold in chopped walnuts. Spread half of dough mixture into pan, spread jam over this. Add remaining dough over jam. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown. Let cool for about 5 minutes. Cut into squares. Enjoy!
