GRILLED HALIBUT WITH FRESH DILL | |
1/4 c. white wine 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. minced fresh dill or 3/4 tsp. dried dill weed Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. olive oil 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 halibut steak, 1 inch thick Marinade about 3-4 hours in mix of Worcestershire, lemon juice, oil, dill and pepper. Add fish and turn several times. Cover refrigerate. Broil 10 minutes, baste turn and broil. |
