GREEN CHILE RICE 
3 c. cooked rice
3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. sour cream
2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilies
Salt & pepper to taste

2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Butter a 2 quart casserole well. To seasoned cooked rice add Monterey Jack cheese, cut in strips or grated, sour cream and green chilies. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Last 5 minutes sprinkle on Cheddar cheese. Serves 10.
