1 bunch fresh spinach, chopped
Salt, pepper, scant sugar
6-8 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1 pkg. Green Giant early peas (cooked)
1 head lettuce, chopped
Salt and pepper, scant sugar
1 med. red onion, sliced
1 c. Miracle Whip and 1 c. mayonnaise, mixed together
1 lb. grated Swiss cheese

Layer in 9x13 dish, one layer of each in the above order. Refrigerate 24 hours. Toss before serving.
