CHOCOLATE LOVER'S FUDGE PIE 
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. cocoa
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 unbaked (9 inch) pastry shell
Vanilla ice cream

Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium mixing bowl; beat well. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm with ice cream. Yield: one 9 inch pie.
