PEACHES AND CREAM JELLO SALAD 
2 sm. boxes peach Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
Peach slices

Dissolve one box of Jello in cup of boiling water. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Meanwhile, dissolve another box of Jello in cup of boiling water. Stir in ice cream until melted. Chill until set. Then arrange peach slices on top of Jello-ice cream mixture. Pour other thickened Jello over it. Chill. Serves 6.
