CHILI SAUCE RELISH 
24 ripe tomatoes
8 onions
4 tbsp. salt
4 tbsp. ginger
1 tsp. whole allspice
1 tsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. mustard seed
8 green peppers
12 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. whole cloves
8 c. vinegar
2 sticks cinnamon

Peel and chop tomatoes, onions, and pepper. Tie spices in bag, pour vinegar over all the mixture and boil slowly for 1 1/2 hours or a little longer, then put in jars and seal.
