ELEGANT VEGETABLE AND CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
1 pkg. frozen string beans, cooked and drained
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower, cooked and drained

Cook above vegetables for a few minutes, but DO NOT cook until tender. 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 c. cheese, cut into sm. pieces 1/2 pkg. dry herb stuffing

Place drained vegetables in layers in a buttered casserole. All around the outer edge, place the small whole onions. Sprinkle on the cheese. Pour t he heated soup over all and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven; sprinkle the 1/2 package stuffing over the top and bake another 15 minutes. Serves 8.
