PINEAPPLE CARROT CAKE | |
1 1/2 c. oil 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 2 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. grated carrots 1 c. crushed pineapple 1 c. coconut 1 c. chopped nuts Blend in large bowl, oil, eggs, and sugar. Add dry ingredients. Add one cup of remaining ingredients one at a time. Bake at 350 degrees 45-50 minutes in well greased 9 x 13 inch pan. |
