FOLDOVER DOUGH 
2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. shortening (or butter)
1/2 to 1 c. milk

Mix dry ingredients in mixing bowl, then add shortening. Slowly add milk while mixing, until doughy but not runny. Place 1/2 cup ball on floured pastry sheet; roll thin as possible. Cut in 4-inch squares and fill with fruit. Dust with melted butter. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees until brown. Top with powdered sugar or glaze.
