4 1/2 c. prepared fruit
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. powdered fruit pectin
8 c. mild flavored honey
Wash about 8 cups whole berries in ice water. Drain; hull and crush. Measure 4 1/2 cups crushed fruit in large saucepan; add pectin and mix well. Place over high heat and bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Stir in honey and bring to a full rolling boil. Boil hard 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Alternately stir and skim for 5 minutes to cool and keep fruit from floating. Ladle into prepared jars and cover with 1/2 inch hot paraffin.
