CITRUS ANGEL CAKE FROZEN DESSERT 
6 oz. loaf angel food cake
3 oz. pkg. sugar free lime flavor gelatin (or any flavor you like)
1 qt. ice milk (vanilla), softened
15 oz. can mandarin orange segments, drained

Line 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with foil. Tear angel food cake into bite sized pieces; place in large bowl. Sprinkle with gelatin; toss to coat. (Reserve 12 orange segments for garnish.) Gently fold ice milk and remaining orange segments into cake mixture. Spoon into foil-lined pan, pressing lightly. Garnish with reserved orange segments. Freeze until firm, let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before serving. Slice to serve. 12 servings.
