1 c. fresh coconut
1 1/2 to 3 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients. The mixture should not be sticky - if it is add more sugar. Form into egg shaped candy. Dip into melted semi-sweet chocolate. Dry overnight for best results.
