BRIE IN PUFF PASTRY 
1 (4 1/2 oz.) Brie cheese
1 frozen Pepperidge Farm patty shell

Thaw patty shell without removing top. Roll out with rolling pin until it is large enough to cover cheese. Wrap cheese in dough, tucking edges under bottom.

Bake on cookie sheet in 450 degree oven until brown, about 15 minutes. Serve with crackers. Also good with apple pie or pears.
