CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
3 zucchini (6 inches long each)
1/2 to 1 c. chocolate chips

Cream sugar, butter, and oil together in large bowl. Add eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk; mix well. Measure dry ingredients into sifter and sift into bowl. Mix well. Add zucchini, grated. Stir well. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve when cooled. May frost with chocolate icing for richer dessert.
