BROWNIE PIE DECADENCE | |
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell (I use Pillsbury) 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup Bisquick biscuit baking mix 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 cup chopped nuts vanilla ice cream (your favorite) Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake pastry shell 10 minutes; remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F. In saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips with butter. In mixer bowl, beat chocolate mixture with sweetened condensed milk, biscuit mix, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Add chopped nuts. Pour into baked pastry shell. Bake at 325°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is set. Serve warm or at room temperature with ice cream. Refrigerate any leftovers. Submitted by: Koren-Elizabeth Greenidge |
