REUBEN DIP 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Swiss cheese
4 oz. Buddig corned beef, chopped
1/2 c. sauerkraut, drain well
2-3 tbsp. milk (if too thick)

Mix all together and microwave 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted. Keep warm in fondue or small crock pot. Serve with rye chips or cocktail rye bread.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
