GINGER BREAD 
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. molasses
2 c. flour
2 sm. tsp. baking soda
1 sm. tsp. baking powder
2 sm. tsp. cinnamon

Stir all together and add 1 cup boiling water and beat. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
